Please note that our soy sauce contains gluten and is essential to many of our recipes. Due to the nature of Korean cuisine—centered around time honored processes such as aging, fermenting, and marinating—we are unable to modify most dishes to accommodate dietary restrictions. We also offer very limited options for non-omnivorous diets. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.
